Knitwear Quality Control

Quality review begins with the buyer-approved project specification. YIDI coordinates agreed checkpoints with the qualified production partner so construction, measurements, trims, labeling, packing, and shipment handoff can be reviewed against the project record.

Process Controls
Approved project review
Review the approved sample and specification before bulk planning.
Project record alignment
Confirm materials, colors, trims, labels, and packing instructions against the project record.
In-process checkpoints
Coordinate agreed in-process checkpoints with the selected production partner.
Final inspection and handoff
Review final inspection and shipping handoff against the approved specification.

Project-Specific Documentation
Any inspection scope, tolerance, sampling method, third-party check, test documentation, or corrective-action request is confirmed for the individual project. Documentation is reviewed for the relevant supplier, production partner, product scope, and validity period.
